The school decides on an appropriate time to host the Gullybaba story-showing session and the duration.
An ideal Gullybaba’s story-showing is of 1 hour. Once decided, communicate these dates to the Gullybaba representative assigned to your school, who will confirm and send a confirmation letter to the school. For effective management it is advised to communicate the proposed dates to the Gullybaba representative at least 3 weeks in advance.
