Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address from Gullybaba Kids with all the details of your order.

In case of some error while processing the payment, you have been charged for the order and have not received the confirmation from our side then immediately send us an email consisting of the details of products ordered along with the payment amount made at the Email: info@gullybabakids.com

The items ordered are not returned unless they fall in the below mentioned criteria.

  • If the product delivered is different from the product ordered.
  • There is a production defect in the product that you have received.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated as per the weight and destination of the order.

To track your order, kindly send an email at info@gullybabakids.com with the Order Number received along with order confirmation.

We accept payment through credit/debit card and Net Banking. & COD option is available.

After you complete the checkout process, a Receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via E-Mail that we have received your order. Please be sure to enter your E-Mail address and Contact details correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.

YES, Indeed. We do provide moderate to heavy discounts on bulk purchase(100 or above quantity). The discount offered 40-50%, however, is based on the products and other similar things. Kindly mail your order to info@gullybabakids.com

Once we initiate order, there is no any return/replace option. However, if you have received an item you have not ordered, Please mail us at info@gullybabakids.com to replace your order.
